Plaristo – Returns Policy

Returning Your Order

We hope you’re delighted with your purchase, but if you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order under UK consumer law.


Cancelling Your Order (Change of Mind)

You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. To do so, please contact us by email at gallery@plaristo.com or call us on 01797 222802.

Once you've let us know you’d like to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods, provided they are unused and in perfect resale condition.

If your entire order is returned, we will also refund the original standard delivery charge. If only part of your order is returned, the delivery charge will not be refunded.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods, unless the item is faulty or damaged (see below).

Please note: Many of our products—including our candles—are fragile. Please pack returns with care. We are unable to refund items that arrive back damaged due to insufficient packaging.

Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after delivery by email or phone.

We may request a photo of the damage to help us assess the issue and support a claim with the delivery company.

Once confirmed, you are entitled to either:

  • A full refund, including delivery charges, or

  • A free like-for-like replacement (subject to availability)

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of confirmation.


Faulty Goods

If your item is faulty or develops a fault:

  • Within 30 days of receiving it: you are entitled to a full refund, including delivery charges.

  • Within the first 6 months: we will offer a repair or replacement. If this is not possible, we will provide a refund.

This applies as long as the product has not been misused or damaged after delivery.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including your rights to goods that are:
